Special Fireside: Dr. Doug Brothwell discusses the U of S Dental Therapy Program

Prof. Douglas Brothwell from the University of Saskatchewan gives a presentation on their Dental Therapy Program and answers questions. Dr. Doug Brothwell is a Full Professor and former Dean at the College of Dentistry at the University of Saskatchewan. He earned his DMD and BEd degrees from the University of Saskatchewan in 1984 and 1994, respectively. Dr. Brothwell completed Dental Public Health specialty training in 1999 with MSc and DDPH degrees from the University of Toronto. In 2006 he completed a quality management (CQM) certificate at the University of Manitoba, where he spent 18 years as a full-time faculty member, including eight years as Associate Dean, Academic.

Autism Quest Presents: Robbie Messer and His Life With Autism

Robbie Messer is a 22-year-old who was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 3.

He became interested in spreading autism awareness in 2016, and began this journey by organizing an autism day at his high school.

After graduating from high school in 2018, he formed Autism Quest and began speaking to groups to share his personal experiences of growing up with Autism, with the hope of spreading understanding and acceptance.
