SUMMARY:Fireside Chat: Understanding and Implementing Salivary Diagnostics
DESCRIPTION:Are you curious about salivary diagnostics and how it can be implemented in your practice? Do you use the latest technology\, such as salivary diagnostics\, to identify risks and improve your patient outcomes? In this discussion with Kerry and Dr. Jim\, we will explore how to use the patient’s health history\, periodontal status\, and assessment information to determine when testing is recommended. Knowing the type and quantity of pathogens present is essential in developing a treatment plan that can reduce their numbers and maintain oral and systemic health.
